    update error 800b0100 for updates kb2943357 kb2973112

    Win 7 Pro, 64-bit, Dell Latitude 6430, I5

Can't run the updates listed in the subject line. All other updates are fine.

Tried running updates one at a time - no good.
Tried sfc scannow with no results
Reset windows update components - no good
Ran the System Update Readiness Tool - didn't fix

When I try to open CBS log it tells me Access Denied
I have attached the CheckSur log though.

Here's the error from the CheckSUR log...
    Code:
    Unavailable repair files:
     servicing\packages\Package_100_for_KB2943357~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3.mum
     servicing\packages\Package_100_for_KB2943357~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3.cat
I'll post a fix protocol later.

    I've uploaded a file - rmnaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder rmnaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
