    Hi,
I've seen that screen many times can't recall the error/ s codes,
    I believe it's a sign of overloaded M$ servers,
Shut down and try again later.

Check your time, date and time zone again, if these somehow get thrown off, it affects windows update.

Also, why hasn`t "Find out more" been clicked on yet ?

I think ThrashZone may be correct, as I have experienced that failure a couple of times in the last week. Each morning when I start my computer I do a manual check for updates & I have found that if I get this warning I leave it for a while & then all goes well.

Of course make sure you internet connection is working as well.

The 0x80080005 error translates as the following - 'CO_E_Server_Exec_Failure'
When CoCreateInstance returns 0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE) - Antimail - Site Home - MSDN Blogs (read the Conclusion - the rest is too technical for me!)

M$ servers are getting worse not better I believe these issues surfaced mostly after 10tp testing started.

But if you want a taste just visit ms community for a little while and see how badly it loads pages...

Another good example of M$ servers (or how badly M$ designs sites) but TechNet loads a lot faster
The issue with the site it's self is the quick view down arrows loading content of threads with a lot of replies,
Which it's best to open the thread in it's own tab or window to speed things up.
