There's no need to make a PDF out of it - which is almost impossible for me to parse - simply upload the file itself (preferably compressed to a zip file) that way I can work with it.

I think your best bet is to uninstall .NET4.x using the Cleanup tool, and then try installing .NET 4.5.2 - see the instructions here...

    Uninstall .NET4.x Completed

All .Net4.x updates were deleted. Update Net 4.52 Failed again.

That was using the update from WIndows Update?
If so, try the standalaone installer from here... https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=42642

Windows Update / Installer Service Problems Found

I have found the problem with my updates after I went to Microsoft and downloaded "Windows Installer Cache Diagnostic" This revealed I have 3 Missing Cache Product Files (.MSI)
    I have attached the file.

What would you suggest I do next?

Strange, because it's obvious that the installer service is actually running as required - but the installer thinks not.
I can only think that there is some buried profile corruption (probably in the SYSTEM account - but that's a guess!)

I suspect that your best option is a repair install of Win7 - assuming you have access to the necessary media.

    See this tutorial for details...

Yes, I have my OEM 7 Ultimate disc.
So I will proceed to do that.
Thanks. Will let you know results
