Since all the failing updates are .NET ones, it's fairly obvious that the problem lies with the .NET 4.5.x install.
I would try simply uninstalling .NET 4.5.1 and/or 4.5, then running the .NET cleanup tool, and then attempting the install of .NET 4.5.2 and updating that.
