Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 64-bit

You can make an ISO from any Windows install disc using a burning app like ImgBurn.

But you'd need a DVD drive to do that.

If you had the DVD drive, you wouldn't need to make an ISO.

I don't see where you can go with that DVD install disc without a DVD drive.

You can fish around for questionable sources for an ISO if you'd rather do that.
