Are Fault Buckets normal during Windows Updates installation?

I just reinstalled Windows 7 Pro (x64) and installed over 200 Windows Updates.

I installed the Windows Updates by category, when possible, (SP1 Update 1st, Security Updates 2nd, Windows 7 Updates 3rd, etc.), maybe 20 at a time. I wanted to install them by Release Date order, but I had trouble figuring that out since there were so many of them.

When the updates were finished, I just happened to look at the Windows Error Reports (WER) in msinfo32 > Software Environment and noticed that there were 32 Fault Buckets: 11 related to PnP device(s), 6 CbsPackageService failures, 6 Windows Update failures, and 7 miscellaneous.

Is it normal to have 32 Fault Buckets during the initial round of Windows updates? That seems like a lot to me.

Are Windows Updates listed in any particular order when they appear in the updates window?

Fault Buckets can relate to many things - often they are due to faulty drivers, which are one of the things that Updates attempts to deal with.
Windows updates generally appear in the listing with the latest at the top - but it doesn't matter too much in which order they are installed, since the detection automatically eliminates superceeded updates, and the system can cope with out-of-order updating to a large extent.

The important question is whether all updates got installed in the end - not their order.
