Unable to install updates - error codes 8e5e03fb, 9e5e03fa, 80070490

I'm running windows seven home premium (32 bit) and having trouble updating for some time.
    Hope someone can help me.
I attach the error codes picture.
I also tried to attach the cbs folder, but even after zipping it, it's still almost 30MB and I can't upload it.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

remove the older CBSPersist files from the archive until the resulting file is under the 8MB limit - or upload the full set to a fileshare site, and post a link.

There are no errors in the SFC log - and CheckSUR found and fixed one problem the first time it was runback in April - and found nothing since.

With luck, this Fixit will work...

If you get the option, run it in normal mode first, then Aggressive mode - then reboot and try windows update again.

Thank you, but that didn't work. I didn't get the option to run it in a specific mode.

    Woops - you're right!
(comes from looking at your specs, rather than the data!)
