Have you tried using the standalone download?

Gotta admit I have no real idea what's going on

I'll do some research and get back when I can!

Is your Windows 7 Pro activated properly to Genuine?

At times it matters to get I.E. 11.

I really don't know why. It has happened to me on my last two Repair Installs. No I.E. 11 until I activated the system with I.E. set as default browser.

Yeah, Windows is activated and shows genuine. Unfortunately I'm having to reload Windows on it as I type this, as the user needs IE11 for work and can't go any longer without it.

Thank you so much for all the help!
