The installed Key is an OEM_SLP Key for WIndows 7 Ultimaite - ONLY valid on an ASUS computer. Your machine is a Toshiba built before the release of Windows 7, and so cannot support use of such a Windows Key at all - let alone one from the wrong manufacturer.
The fact that it shows an apparent SLIC table for WIndows 7 in the BIOS section probably means that there is a hacker's Activation Exploit installed.

For which version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the machine's case?

I think I had vista on it before and then I had some problems in this machine nearly 2 years ago and I gave this laptop in a shop to get it fixed. then they put windows 7 ultimate in it and it was running fine until few days ago. I started getting some malware's called rocket tab and uninstall.exe. I tried to fix them and one day when I restarted my laptop it cam up with saying this copy of window is not genuine build 7601. when I did slmgr - rearm it came up with error code 0xC004FE00.

That fits with what I can see from the report.
The installation is counterfeit - the shop installed a non-legal version of Windows presumably because they couldn't be bothered to do the job properly.
Something caused the Activation Exploit they installed (to circumvent activation and validation requirements) to break down, with the results you're seeing only now.

Your best option is to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key - preferably the manufacturer's Recovery media (which you should have created when you first got the machine, or which may still be available from them for a price)
You should also pursue the shop for at least a partial refund of the fees you paid.
