Copy of Windows not genuine, Build 7601
Dear Sir/Madame,
I have been reading through the posts and I believe some of the responses to this problem may be able to assist me with my issue. I was having blue screen problems (actually they are still happening) with my computer that I have owned for a couple 2-3 years now. I did not know what was causing this problem as it initially began very infrequently. The computer would flash a blue screen and then say it is dumping data, etc. -- eventually the computer would restart with no problem. I may have seen this 3- 4 times about a year ago but about 2 months ago it began happening all the time. So I decided to do a complete factory reset and that appeared to fix the problem or so I thought. Well the computer crashed again and then increased like before to where it happened every time a webpage hung up. I then contacted a company to service my computer online -- for now I will not mention the company but they use teamviewer to diagnose and repair computers. They worked on my computer for several hours and contacted me to tell me it was fixed -- that I had some corrupted drivers from a virus. They assured me it was fixed but within a couple of hours while I was running a Webroot scan the computer crashed and I could see the messages scrolling down the screen saying replacing security ID with a particular what I believed to be register address. It did this overnight as there was no response to ctrl alt del and when it stopped there was nothing -- I powered it off and I initially got a message saying there is no operating system. I contacted the company the next day and spoke to the technician -- my computer would only load in safe mode and the only thing I could get it to do was try to restore to a previous day. After 2-3 attempts I was able to get the restore to work after about 12 hours. The next work day I contacted the company and let them know it was restored and they began working on it -- this is when I first got the message that my copy of windows was not genuine. The company supposedly worked on it daily with no success until I became frustrated with them on 6/26/15 -- 15 days after my first contact with them. I have been able to download then install all of the drivers for my computer as I thought it may be a driver issue but that did no good. I am stumped because I do not know exactly what they did to my computer as there was never a report provided to me from them and now I cannot do anything in normal mode. I know they ran Auslogics, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, Super Antispyware, Driver Toolkit Installer and setup, Hitman Pro, KMS Auto Easy and Revo Uninstaller because they left all of the trial copies on the computer. They just basically ran these tools over and over again without trying anything differently. I am in safe mode now trying to resolve this problem. HELP!!!!!!!

My computer blue screened before I was able to finish my text so I had to restart computer and re-run this report. I better send now before it crashes again.
