Anyone install it, Do we need it ?

This article describes an update that contains some improvements to Windows Update Client in Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. This update is incompatible with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) servers without the hardening update 2938066.

I have it installed and now i can choose or not in GP to allow the upgrade through windows update to latest version of the OS.

Update 2938066 is for Windows Server 2012 R2.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a nagware Trojan for moving to Win 10 (I refuse to call something that will cost me features an upgrade).

So it adds an option in your Group Policy to disable any upgrades to Win 10 through Windows Updates? Is that all it is?
