    I found the problem.
    You have a retail Intel motherboard with a HP OEM/SLP.
    A Hp OEM/SLP will not work on a retail motherboard.
    It will only work on the HP computer it was activated on the first time.
    Your Windows 7 install on this system is considered counterfeit.

    Ok thank you for replying, so there is nothing I can do to activate windows? I have to just deal with the windows not genuine message and pop ups?
