Constant Windows Update

So Like the title says. every time I turn off my computer i have 2 updates and im 100% sure its a virus downloading and the names if the viruses are geniusBox and some type of proxy server virus now what i want to know is, how do i find the updates logs or how can i find where its located (the update i mean) if anyone can help that would be great its not severe but its annoying so take time thanks and have a good day byeee

hi, I can confirm that geniusbox is in fact adware, can you give me the name of the other thing so i can see what it is as well?, also run your antivirus to at least find it or get rid of it.

Constant BSOD due to what I assume is Adobe update, but not sure.
