Code 80070246 error when trying to update

I am having some problems with my windows update. Its been acting up for a very long time but until now i have been to lazy/nooobish to solve it. I tried to install itunes but i couldnt because of unupdated windows i think. So i started poking around a bit for some solutions.

The problem first was that some updates, i think it was 3 of them, wouldnt update ever. I should have written them down but what can you do. So i did the reset windows update history and components thingy. Now when i try and update i get the Code 80070246 problem.

I tried the sfc /scannow but it wouldnt do its scan thing in either modes. Not sure how to translate it from swedish, but something like "It was not possible to do the requested command/measure"

The checksur thing, am i supposed to upload the whole cbs folder or just the chechsur.persist?

thanks in advance and apologize for poorenglish
