Hey a little update... i've been digging through the forum ande here are some more useful information i could gather. I couldn't upload whole CBS folder because its about 65MB. Zipped only CBS.log and CheckSUR. Also uploaded Windows update log.

    CHKDISK c: /r - no errors
    sfc /scannow - no errors

    Some commands output:

OK - that was a bust
The 'service not started' error probably refers to the Scripting Host - which could indicate that residuals from an AV are blocking things - Comodo is known to have some problems with Windows 7 so I suggest that you try uninstalling it, running their cleanup tool, and reinstalling it - or installing MSE as a temporary measure.

What other AV has ever been installed on this machine?

Hey, so i removed the Comodo, but still the problem persists.

On the other side i didn't mention this but my pc was mute since genuine check... didn't even had volume control in task bar. After uninstalling comodo... the sound is back.

And it didn't even uninstall properly.. there was leftover firewall drivers which blocked my LAN connection. Had to remove it manually (that cleanup tool on their forum isn't even official and don't support 64bit )

    I had previously installed AVAST.

You may need to run the Avast cleanup tool as well...
Download the Avast removal utility from here Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal
Follow the instructions for running it, and when complete, reboot the machine.

At least we've gotten rid of the 0x8007000d error now.

With luck, all you need to do is recreate the licensing store

    Recreate the Licensing Store
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-Click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator - accept the UAC prompt
Run the following commands in the Command Prompt window, using the Enter key at the end of each

    net stop sppsvc
(wait until the service has stopped before entering the following lines)

    CD %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
    REN tokens.dat tokens.bar
    net start sppsvc
    slui.exe

After a couple of seconds the Windows Activation dialog will appear.
You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key, or Activation may occur automatically.
If you are asked for your Key, use the one on the COA sticker on the machine's case

Reboot and Post back with a new MGADiag report.

(Note: the Line 'CD %win......\SoftwareProtectionPlatform' is all on one line - it may be broken in the Forum listing)
