Error Code 800B0100 ; Windows could not search for new updates

I have SURT, I ran SFC, error code is 800B0100 as shown above.
I've tried virtually all of the CMD tools/fixes on here, and also I have tried to download Update SP1 and install manually, which failed.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

I read the guidelines several times, no offense intended, but what am I missing?

AverageFail do you understand that other members can read when you edit your posts. Like post #1?

All files (hopefully, now) are there.

And I did not. Are you saying that it bumps my post for me? Or are you implying something else?
And sorry, I don't know how, but I completely missed that line of text in Noel's post. My bad.
