How to Stop Windows 10 from Downloading and installing

This might sound like an odd problem, but I tried Windows 10 for a few days and found out I didn't like it because it seemed to "buggy" and went back to Windows 7, well after I went back I started getting this update for Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and I changed my Windows Update settings to download updates, but let me choose whether to install them or not, well apparently me selecting this seemed to not phase this update and it apparently was still downloading and installing this update when I didn't want it and I stopped it quick enough and then hid it and then yesterday Microsoft released 2 optional updates and when I try to download and install them it started saying Downloading Windows 10 and I had to hide those as well, so my question is how to delete the Get Windows 10 App and how to stop Windows 10 from Trying to Download and Install the "Get Windows 10 upgrade Pro, I have already hid this update and wanted to know what else I could do thanks a lot guys, also I am wanting to know if us users on Windows 7 are still going to get our Patch Tuesday next week thanks again

I just uninstalled all of the updates listed here and made sure to hide them so they do not appear again and I followed the tutorial on how to disable the "Get Windows 10" app, thanks for your help

    Hi,
    No problem
M$ has been pushing the same updates even though they might be hidden now doesn't mean they wont return.
Review updates before windows downloads and installs them
    Cheers.
