Just so I have it clear in my mind did you upgrade to 10 or was the 10 on already?

Myself I cloned my 7 drive and used the clone to upgrade to 10 so in the event I didn't like the 10 I could simply swap out the drives.

But in any case could we have some more specs please

    SYSTEM SPECS

mate can we have some system specs please as what you have postedgives us not that much to work with and given there are so many manufacturersof components and configurations that do influence what goes on within anygiven machine and OS.

Do they work in Safe Mode? Perhaps Bluetooth driver is disabling somehow when OS loads.

I'm having the same issue. Installed win 10 didn't like it so rolled back to win 7 now my touchpad on laptop isn't working neither is my mouse and I'm stuck at the login page. Spent 12 hrs looking online and on the phone with HP and Microsoft got nowhere. Just said that my drivers were deleted have no idea how to reinstall. Also mouse and touchpad don't work in safe mode. Please help so frustrating!

Hello Country girl now I have just bought an HP G3 laptop that was downgraded form 8 to 7 and I had problems +++++ trying to disable the touchpad and all it took was a download of the driver for the touchpad from HP to get the option of disabling because I think the driver was still installed for 8 and had not been downloaded for the 7 OS so I suggest you try the HP support site for your machine - if we knew exactly what your specs were we could help more ie exact model number etc

    So

    SYTEM SPECS ADD IN

Its an HP Pavillion model is g6-1c61ca 64 bit OS is Windows 7 home premium. The laptop was bought back in 2012. I'm not sure what else you need sorry. I can't access the login in page as touch pad doesn't work. HP told me to download the touchpad drivers on another computer to a USB and then download into my HP but I'm not sure how to do that if I can't login. They said it deleted my win 7 drivers and still has win 10 drivers that's why touchpad or mouse ain't working, also wanted $100 to help me wether it took 5min or an hr as my warranty has ran out. Also when I reboot and continuously hit F8 it brings me to where I can repair or do a system restore etc. the mouse and touchpad work on that page. I tried to do a system restore to an earlier date but it sat at the box that said restoring files for 3 hours so I just stopped it. There has got to be a way to do this without me losing everything. So frustrated and upset right now as Iam returning back to college and need my computer. I wish now I never downloaded win 10.
