Need help pinpointing faulty windows update.

Basically just pressing right click repeatedly on the desktop to bring up the context menu will increase the usage from explorer.exe permanently which is very weird, this does not happen on my laptop. (which is not updated)

Oh never mind looks like this might an nvidia bug... damn strange
