Hi & welcome to the Forum.

Unfortunately you will never get that version of Windows to activate. It's a COA SLP version, that is licensed to major computer makers, the SLP stands for System Locked Pre installation. This means you buy the computer from one of the main makers & it comes with Windows already installed. The SLP is then locked to the motherboard BIOS of that computer & it cannot be loaded to any other computer.

Also your BIOS is dated 12-2006 which is about 2 years before Windows 7 was released, so it could not possibly be been loaded with a SLP version of Windows 7.

Buying Windows installation discs on Ebay is risky at the best of times, as you have no idea if it's genuine. Perhaps you can try for a refund.
