Windows activation flaky phone automation works then computer says no

I am trying to get my Windows 7 machine activated after a hard drive change and clean install.

It would not automatically activate online so I did the phone activation, no problem, I get the new conformation ID numbers and am good to go right?

    NOT!

I originally upgraded the hard drive and reinstalled Windows and activated it. Windows 7 said it was activated before I tried to do the free upgrade to Windows 10. After I did the upgrade to Windows 10 it said it can't activate do to a blocked key.

I went back and fourth going back to Windows 7 and made sure it was activated and then did the upgrade again and same thing, the key is blocked. I even spoke to a few people at Microsoft and keep getting different So-called" answers and nothing works.

I even had it on Windows 7, 3-4 days saying it was activated before trying the upgrade and same thing the key is blocked.
I have even done multiple clean installs and just tried reverting back to Windows 7 through Windows 10 a few times. Most of (maybe all) the activation's from a clean install I had to do the over the phone and thought it was good to go until trying to upgrade to 10.

    But NOW!

I reinstalled 7 again, activated it, now hours later it is saying the key is invalid in Windows 7. I never had this on Windows 7 until now.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Or if someone from Microsoft
    knows
    What is going on?

The code below is after I got the popup saying the product code is invalid Should I run the diag after I activate it again?

Your machine appears to have been built in mid-2008 - Windows 7 was released in late 2009.
The Product Key type is one normally only valid on machines pre-installed with Windows 7.
The probability therefore is that the install is counterfeit.

    1) For what versions and edition of Windows is the COA sticker on the case valid?
    2) From where did you acquire this Product Key for Windows 7 Pro?

It originally had vista. A while ago I bought Windows 7 Pro from Amazon (bought sold by Amazon).

I can guarantee that this license was NOT sold 'by Amazon' - it may have been sold by an Amazon MarketPlace trader.
It is not an OEM System Builder license type - but one from a major manufacturer's pre-installed machine.

Very odd indeed - and the Key in the report is the one that shows on the COA sticker that came with it?
What is the full description on the sticker?

either way, you should be able to activate using Telephone activation (assuming this Key has only ever been used on this machine)
