Still too big? (over 8MB?) - If the CheckSUR.log file itself is less that 100KB, post that uncompressed. If it's bigger than that, then it's reinstall time

So, in the Check.Sur folder there are loads of zip files, the newest is 09/09/14? cannot find Check.Sur.log

There is nothing in CBS folder apart from CBS.log and five cbs persist zip files.

That either means that you have a utility deleting log files, or the CheckSUR tool never got as far as creating a log - which it does very early in the process.
Never mind - I think we've both spent enough time on this, and further work can wait until you actually have a problem (if ever!)
