This Computer is not running genuine Windows - 0x8004fe22

Please help, I started getting this showing from yesterday 05/09/2015. This is defenetly not a copy, I bought this HP laptop brand new about 2years ago and never had a problem with Windows 7.
I think the infestation of qqpc I had might have something to do with this.....
I really struggled to get rid of qqpc - IOBit tools picked it up but could not delete it, it kept on coming back saying that I do not have rights to delete it. I used ExterminateIt! which also struggled but got rid of qqpc after a few times. This have probably stuffed up my registry...

I have also tried the following
    "

    Recreate the Licensing Store
    1) Click Start button.
    2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
    3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
    4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
    5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
    6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
    8) Type: net start sppsvc
    9) Type: slui.exe
    10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically."

Every thing goes fine up to 9. slui.exe - nothing happens - I have also tried to run slui.exe thru search an find, it finds it, but nothing happens when you run it as a administrator

To confirm that the problem is what I think it is, please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt window and post the results.

    REG QUERY HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\TypeLib\{EE574957-4077-4AD6-8658-327C2C86C5AA} /S
    REG QUERY HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib\{EE574957-4077-4AD6-8658-327C2C86C5AA} /S
    REG QUERY HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Classes\TypeLib\{EE574957-4077-4AD6-8658-327C2C86C5AA} /S

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
    1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
    2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
    3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

    That's the expected result

    OK...
    *
    I've uploaded a file - sluicom64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Save it to the default location
This should create a file sluicom64.reg
    *
*right-click on the file, and select Merge
Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message.
    Close all windows, and reboot.
    *
Run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

Noel I notice this in post #1

IOBit tools picked it up but could not delete it, it kept on coming back saying that I do not have rights to delete it. I used ExterminateIt! which also struggled but got rid of qqpc after a few times. This have probably stuffed up my registry...
Good ole IOBits chewing on this poor computer.

I missed that! - Yep, that is quite possibly the cause of the problem, rather than anything like a solution.

TOD - Since you apparently have IOBit software installed, I suspect that you may also have other similar sofwatre installed - ist that the case? If so, what??

NOELDP I have got IOBit Advance System Care, IOBit Uninstaller and ExterminateIT installed. I think tensent(QQPC) that stuffed up my registry, this got somehow installed and infested my laptop adware and a lot of things just popping up.

All four (?) programs I would class as scareware - and are certainly more likely to harm your computer than help it.
Please uninstall all of them to prevent a recurrence.
You should then install a recognised AV and Anti-Malware system. My recommendation would be MSE, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (both free)
    Always AVOID registry cleaners!

...Oh - and your MGADiag report looks fine now - you should no longer be getting non-genuine notifications.
