It appears that you have a OEM/SLP Samsung product I.D. installed on a retail Gigabyte motherboard.

This combination is considered a counterfeit installation.
Do you have a Microsoft sticker on the computer indicating which operating system should be installed with the proper COA key.
Do not put the key in your post.

There is no sticker on my computer. This computer was custom build by a friend. So i'm guessing my windows 7 is a counterfeit? or something else?

    You log indicates counterfeit.

You will have to buy Windows 7 from a reliable place and install it and then activate it properly.

I would also recommend that if you want to use Microsoft Office that it will also need to be bought from a reliable place. Installed and activated properly.

    Hi,
Have you contacted the retailer/ builder you bought it from ?

    I'll let ThrashZone answer that.

So far, all I see is the OS and Office as issues.

If you want to upload the contents of your HOSTS file, we might be able to point out other issues.

    Typically found here: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

However, my main reason for sticking my nose into your thread is to ask you to let us know what the retailer/ builder says. We seldom get to hear the results of such conversations.

When I talked to my friend he said he took parts from his old computer that came with windows 7 added newer parts slapped them in to the tower and done. He also said something about windows 8 this is allowed swapping parts and thought it worked for windows 7 as well.
As for the host files I kinda don't want any more surprises.

    Thanks for the back story.

I understand not wanting more surprises. If you want to compare the HOSTS file yourself, you can open it in notepad and compare the contents to the info here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/972034

If your HOSTS file is different, it might not be a bad thing.
You can attach it to a post it or send me a PM or let it be
