WU fails due to Store corruption & CSI Manifest Failed Catalog Check

Hello! I've been dealing with this issue for the last 2 weeks and I tried just about everything to no avail. While I was at it, I came across these forums many times and seen members get awesome help so I decide it was time to put my pride aside and ask for help too.
I'm attaching the logs as requested and hopefully you can help me, thanks in advance.

I'm having problems finding the file - I'm pretty sure that I know which update it came from, but I don't know which version, and whichever one it is, I don't have a copy.

I'm asking around to see if anyone else has the right version - hang on in there!

Found it (it's from an obscure version of KB2952664)

    I've uploaded a file - dbyaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder dbyaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Manifests)

Copy the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
