Failed to upgrade to IE11 - Fujitsu Windows 7: 9C59 Error
Hi all,
- I have upgraded all the other Windows Update for Windows 7.
I uninstalled my IE 9 following the suggestion at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2872074 .
I have also updated the Intel HD 4000 graphic card driver.
I have also followed the suggestions in FIX Error Code 9C59: Internet Explorer Installation failed (IE10, IE11) - wintips.org - Windows Tips & How-tos . This includes deleting the folder at C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution .
I have tried to install the IE11 through both "Windows Update" and through using the IE11 offline installer.
I have also downloaded and ran the System Update Readiness tool (DISM).
However, the same 9C59 Error appears whenever I tried to install
