ok guys i've tried everything believe me but this error happens all the time and i think it's because my partitions or bcd are messed

i think the problem resides in here but i dont know what to do. can someone tell me if you have found any errors in this configuration and please give me a quick guide on how to fix this so i can install windows 10? I didnt use Partition Magic or Easeus or anything, it was just messsing around with diskpart.

Hello and welcome Picollo mate I have an Asus ROG laptop that the supplier downgraded the 8.1 to 7 Pro - it has to be 7 Pro and not another version and when I got round to doing the 7 drivers in it I had to update the BIOS first myself.

Now I think that as you have been into the BIOS I am at a loss as to what to advise you to do. But this is what MS put out.

I know it took me some time to get the thing right about four months but with a little help in here it got done now I shall look back through my threads and see if I can find the stuff I was told to do because I think it did involve the BIOS settings in a couple of ways.

Now some system specs please https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

could anybody please upload their copy of Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate x64 Edition original aero.msstyles file?

(It's located in the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero folder)

P mate be careful of what you ask for as unless I am terribly mistaken you are asking for something that if possible could be seen as not legal.
I think f you want that file then I suggest you contact Microsoft and ask.

By the way the system specs mate it is impossible to work with something when we do not know what is in the system.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions
    and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file
