I suspect that the problem is a little more deep-seated than this - it may simply be that the RTM version has been over-written by the SP1 versions without proper authorisation....
Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command...
DIR C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages\Package_for_KB3087918*.*
post the results, and also post the COMPONENTS registry hive....
I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive
Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.
