So far so good - now please run the CheckSUR tool again, and post the new CheckSUR.log file

Done . Ran Windows SURT again .Attached are files . It asked to re-start after running Exe .
During restart said "Installing service pack" . Also shows up as "Service Pack1" in Windows Edition Section.
Does this mean Issue is solved ? :)

Hokay

Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

There don't appear to be any serious problems in the System log.
I see that you appear to have Office Click-to-Run installed - do you actually use that, as it appears to have some issues?

There are problems with a couple of other programs - Dell's Support Centre/PC Doctor, and Cozi Express.

I would try updating both of those - or uninstalling them if you don't use them
