Noel, I get a message stating that "Something Went Wrong Please try again or refresh the page. Error code 2" when clicking on the link to access the file in your OneDrive. I'll have to try again later tonight or tomorrow as I have to get to work.

Noel, I can now access your OneDrive, but the file 67baa.zip is non-existant.

It finally showed up in your OneDrive but I'm out of town on business and I don't have that laptop with me so I won't be able to download it until I get back. It may be a few days, but I'll get it done and post the results.

Okay, I have the file on my desktop, but when I right-click it, there is no choice to "extract all". The folder icon does not have the normal zipper graphics on it indicating that the file is compressed, but it will open with 7-zip. Should I highlight it in 7-zip and then click the extract button up top?

Yep - You need to make sure that the resulting folder is C:\67baa and that the folder/s immediately below it aren't also called 67baa (if they are, move the contents of the lower folder into the high folder)

Okay, when I click on "computer", "OS (C: )", the first folder I see underneath the "$WINDOWS.-BT" folder, is the folder named "67baa". Is this the resulting folder you mean?

When I open the folder, there are no other sub-folders named 67baa. There are, however 9 sub-folders, five of them begin with amd64, and four of them begin with x86. Should this be correct?

That's perfect - go ahead with the reboot/copy/reboot/scan sequence

Okay, the scan is complete and no integrity violations were found but when I try to access the CBS log with file explorer, I get a message stating that access is denied. I know that I was able to get a readable copy onto my desktop last week so I could post it here, but I can't find the instructions on how to do so now. I think I used the command prompt to do this. A little help here? We're so close.
