    Windows 10 update fatal error c0000022 amd64_ava

    Hello,
Firstly, I would apologize for my bad english.

I have had this laptop for a year now. It originaly came with windows 8 but I didn't quite like it so I replaced it with Windows 7 (not genuine). Now, I want to install Windows 10 (I DO HAVE A GENUINE KEY) but every time I start installing Windows 10 an error pops out.

    " Fatal error C0000022 applying update operation 2 of 2430 (amd64_ava...) "

    and then - black screen!
When I restart laptop it comes back to Windows 7 with a window saying:

    " We couldn't install Windows 10
We've set you PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10.
    0x8007002C - 0x4000D
The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation."

I would love to hear your opinion on this and/or how can I resolve this?
Have you had the same problem?
    What should I do?
    Please, help me..

    Thanks a lot, Rita.

Typically, this error can be a problem with the hard drive - you should run CHKDSK /R from an Elevated Command Prompt to scan the drive for bad sectors.
If any bad sectors are found, then you need to consider replacing the drive.

I have run CHKDSK /R and it says
" CHKDSK discovered free space marker as alocated in the volume bitmap.
Windows had made corrections to the file system.

    0 KB in bad sectors.

I copyed everything because I don't know thats important, sorry.
So what should I do now? Do I try to install it again?

Not yet - a simple error like that shouldn't have caused this error -
    Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
    Save the file as Appevt.evtx
    Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.
