Windows Ungenuine, Unable to reactivate

After replacing a failing hard drive, I have been bitten with the This copy of Windows is not Genuine, and am unable to (re)activate. While looking at the black desktop and searching for a solution, I have done the following:

Run a complete scandisk with fix (of course the damage was already done)
Checked for virus, malware, rootkits, etc. I am positive the damage was from a failing hard drive.

I have tried the sfc -scannow and this was the results:

It appears the biggest hangup is with the system file sppobjs.dll.
How to I replace this file and where do I get it from? Apparently I will not be able to go much further until the digital signatures match what they should have been.

1. Your MGADiag report is not complete.
It either didn't run correctly or it was edited.

Please run it again and post.

I run TM full time. Also ran GMER and MalwareBytes looking for other infections and rootkits. Everything cam back clean (minus the normal "cookie infections")

Nothing other then the normal disk cleanup, scandsk, etc. in windows.

4. Do you have or have ever had any programs by IObit installed?

Not sure who or what IObit is or does, so I would have to say no.

As mentioned, I just had to replace a hard drive setup which was failing. I had hoped I caught it early enough, but it looks like the damage was already done. I am hoping to be able to solve this without having to reconstruct with a fresh clean install. Some days I really miss typewriters :)

Worst case scenario would be repair install. Saves all your programs, files, folder, picture, etc. I just completed 2 repair installs win7x64 Home Premium.

Only issue on 1 machine flash player crashed every time video started. Solution was to delete and reinstall Adobe Flash Player.

I have a Visual Basic script you can run to locate your Windows product key.

I don't know what is causing the log problem but one example is one of these I got from another log. Your log doesn't have a Windows Product Key and it should. Different numbers and letters of course.

Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command prompt window, and let us know the results.
Copy & paste to alleviate typos.

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the CP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Windows, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

Effect of trying to get it to accept my product key without errors. Tried to reenter my product key into the annoying revalidate window, and it has been coming back blank ever since it did not complete. I have a valid COA, and this machine has been running for well over a year, year and a half before this happened with no problems.

Your log has this and I don't know how to fix it.

wben353, I'm not sure what the reference to my CheckSur.log file is for, I'm hoping you have threads crossed. I never posted this log file.
