Believe I sent you a list of telemetry KB's and batch file to remove them. Those are the only temetry KB's that I know of.

    According to M$ on Kb3102810

Issues that are fixed in this update

    Issue 1

When you install updates by using System Center Configuration Manager, the installation takes a long time, and System Center Configuration Manager becomes overloaded.Issue 2

The Svchost.exe process occupies 100 percent of CPU usage when you upgrade a Windows Update client to Windows 10.

Being an Optional update, if your paranoid about spyware, hide the update until more info is available.

If I didn't sent you the list I have, and the Batch file to remove them here you go:

    KB2506928
    KB2545698
    KB2592687
    KB2660075
    KB2726535
    KB2876229
    KB2923545
    KB2952664
    KB2970228
    KB2990214
    KB2994023
    KB3021917
    KB3022345
    KB3035583
    KB3050265
    KB3065987
    KB3068708
    KB3075249
    KB3080149

To run Batch file double click or right-click open. To look at code right-click edit.

Late to the train here, but when I googled the first two on your list of "telemetry KBs*" I didn't find any suggestions that they were "phoning home". Can you please provide links that document this behavior for each of those updates?

APOSTROPHISED. There is a verb that I don't think I've seen before.

And you are making your point by (intentionally?) apostrophising plurals?

You are correct. Many of these lists of KBs to be avoided exclude justifications for each KB. There are some lists around that provide a rationale for exclusion and a link to further reading for each KB... but I don't fear the telemetry, so I've not bookmarked the lists. Happy hunting.

We Grammar Nazi's like to verbize nouns from time to time.

KB3102810 is yet another update to the Windows update client and yes this can download the windows 10 installer if you have your updates set to Automatic.

But anyway, the one that's in question is best to avoid if you don't want 10.
And KB3102810 is now shown on the "Important" list, which seems somewhat suspicious if it is
    simply a 100% cpu bugfix.

("give me recommended updates the same way as important updates" is disabled).

This one is for Wben 353 to have a look ( perhaps you seen it already )

I stumbled across it and don't understand but maybe it's interesting ?How to stop Microsoft from gathering telemetry data from Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 - Super User
