Hi garegin & welcome to sevenforums.
Don't try manual repair yet, SFCFix.exe will replace or most missing winsxs folder files from win7 DVD
Insert DVD run SFCFix.exe
If you don't have DVD you can download ISO from Microsoft Download Center
You can't copy & past ISO (image file) with Windows copy & paste, you have to burn ISO disc. I use ImgBurn (free) I like free.
How to burn win7 ISO to disk with ImgBurn.
Download ImgBurn
If you don't have windows product key, it's in the registry in binary form (ones & zeros).
Run attached batch file. It will convert binary to alphanumeric and display it for you
I usually copy 5 characters, skip line on paper, copy 5 characters, etc. Then double/triple check that it matches. Easy to transpose characters or write C when it should have been G. (windows doesn't use A, 1 (one), or 0 (zero) in product key.
It's always prudent to have Win7 DVD, & do regular backups.
Should resolve your issue.
If you still have corrupt winsxs folder, if I don't have them, NoelDP most likely will, & can provide them to you. Place folder on desktop, run SFCFix.exe, it will find folder and replace.
If you mess with system files you have to take ownership.
I tried to restore ownership, (I've tried method by Brink, takeownership.reg & restoreownership.reg) Even though edit window shows TrustedInstaller has ownership, you can still copy, edit, delete file/folder.
That's exactly what viruses do.
even though the computer reads the dvd fine, sfcfix doesn't seem to copy anything from the disk. Maybe all the errors are wsxs related?
Humm... that odd. Should automatically copy them, that is if they are on disk. Some are not for some reason.
did you see this part of SFCdetails.txt
WARNING: SURT execution needed due to manifest damage on component "msil_system.drawing_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_6.1.7601.18763_none_63f4a682ad734b10". See CBS logfile for more details.

Run SURT, then run attached tool (automate finding surt.log and surt.persist.log) & post them.
Are you running Home Premium. If not what version?
Checksur doesn't install. It says
"The following updates were not installed
hotfix for windows kb947821"
Your specs you posted says x64
Is the kb Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64
If the kb is Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x86 that the x32 version and won't install. :)
X64 verson
No big deal just download x64 version and run. I make choice mistake all the time.
Well, hmm..., let me research a little & get back with you.
Have to preserve TrustedInstaller ownership of those files.
Manual taking ownership and restoring ownership doesn't work, been there, done that, doesn't work!!
Might need NoelDP to chime in on this, he's the expert here.
Post the CBS.log, not the entire folder, it's way too big.
It includes CBSPersist.cab compressed folder
Located at: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
What version of windows 7 x64 are you running? Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate?
Have only 1 corrupt file.
Give NoelDP a shout, he's the expert here. If he can't fix it, then Repair Install
You'll need windows 7 DVD & windows product key & during the process choose Upgrade
