What updates start spying like windows 10

OK first off i have a legal version of win 7 U x64 which is up to date, however i have been reading that some of the recent windows 7 updates have been rather, shall we say sneaky and by that i mean it's calling home rather alot, this is what i have read from one newsgroup

Be warned that some recent M$ updates for Windows 7 that implement
phone-home tactics bypass the hosts file and call the mothership
    directly. Sneaky ****ers.

If this is true do we know what updates have done this so i can get rid of them?

Also while on the subject of windows 7 updates do we know what updates to AVOID to get any of this windows 10 stuff they are pushing on people.

Hum well all I know is when I do a clean install now is to avoid that wretch of an update KB3035533 that is one hell of a sneaky one.

I have one more machine to clean install to go to get rid of the problem and I shall be clean of any 10 stuff - that I know of as these days one never knows what they are putting out.

Edit I meant to add I have to trawl through the updates when installing it is a bit of a pain but at least I know it will be hidden cos I always have the settings set to let me choose what to download and install..
