I have KB3124275 on two system without any problems.

    Windows 7.64 Pro/SP-1 and Home Premium/64-SP-1. Both use I.E. 11.

I don't not have KB3124903 nor has it been offered by Windows 7 updates.

    What business are you in?

The thread title is Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (3124903)

You could ask the SF Admin's to update the thread title by clicking on the red triangle in the upper right corner of your post.
That is a Report Post icon, where you could ask for them for the change if 3124903 should be 3124275.

I searched a bit more, and see what I THINK is confusing the issue
I found this article that shows the 3124903 Security Bulletin, and refers to KB 3124275
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/.../ms16-001.aspx

Why can't MS make it easier for us to understand updates ?

I THINK most folks here will look for a KB #, not a Security Bulletin, but that's just my guess.
