    W7 pro/ home premium

    Its saying its non-genuine,
Because the activation key is for an Alienware home premium comp, and your running an HP pro version.
    MS easily spots these mismatches.
Until you change the key back to your original Hewett packard one, you will keep seeing the non genuine notification.
And there are a number of tampered files on your system as well.
    Thats why no updates.

The PID seems fine to me:
    Win 7,Professional,HP,XXXXX-OEM-8992671-00008
The partial key matches that PID too.

This old post might help with the File Mismatch on the watadminsvc file:
im being told my windows is not genuine

    OOOPs

My eyesight gets a bit Iffy late at night.

    Right PLAN B,

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

However this fix usually only repairs the Top set of errors, not the Tampered files.
They may be caused by Malware,
    Which Antivirus are you using

Your link doesn't work. Tried searching for that filename on Intel's site. Both downloads were not compatible with my PC.

    Using Bullguard antivirus.

    Cheers!

Tried that link - "system does not meet minimum requirements"

Tried the latest version - "platform not compatible"

Tried Identify - which I assumed you mean downloading the Intel® Chipset Identification Utility.

However, it is either only for 32 bit systems or I downloaded an older one and I apparently don't have administrator rights. Which is rubbish of course.
