What should I do, Installed the same update twice?

previously I installed two hotfixes that addresses the boot up performance issue but then I downloaded a patch which also contain the two previous hotfixes which I have already downloaded.

Should I uninstall the previous 2 hot fixes or does it overwrite the previous hotfixes?

    The two hotfixes were: kb:2510636,kb:2555428

    Then the recent hotfix:kb2775511

If its already fixed why mess with it? Just keed the patch which already has the hotfixes and save it for later.

Yes 2 of the hot fixes were to fix some problems but there were others which required to be address which the latest hotfix provided. The problem was the latest hotfixe already contains the two previous hotfixes which I installed. I did not know until after installing it.

This is no problem. Just leave it alone. You will be OK.
