Windows update error 80073701

I have a problems with my Windows 7/x64 system, I've repaired most of the missing CBS MUM files errors, and these are the one I have left (see attachment), after fixing a few hundred.... I've downloaded all the possible versions of the patches for KB2952664, KB2656373 and can't find the Microsoft standalone patch containing the CBS MUM files that I need. So I need help, since my options are basically down to a repair re-install or what ever you folks can suggest.

My CBS.zip log directory would have been over 600mb, so I figured uploading that wasn't going to fly. So I've only included the CheckSur.log.

So, Thank you in advance for any advice/patches you can provide.

That error code implies a missing required previous update for Netframework.
You could try the MS repair tool.
Download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center

Dont like the sound of repair 200+, might make the repair install fail.

You could also try SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt and the SURT utility

Had already done everything listed except the .NET fixup tool. Tried that and re-ran SFC & SURT. Same errors as before that's listed in the CheckSur.log.
