    Getting this copy of windows is not genuine all of a sudden plz help.

    Where did you get your copy of Ultimate from?

    That comp originally came with Vista, with downgrade rights to XP, W7 wasn't even around.

    There are indications that an activation exploit has been used.

    Well I reinstalled Ultimate still I would like to workaround this issue if someone be kind enough to help me out plz.

    Well if this relates to the fact that you replaced your motherboard in January, Re your other thread.
    Then you need to purchase another licence.
    OEM licences are tied to the motherboard.
    which infers that an exploit has been used, but has now been picked up by MS

    Well I tried the SLGMGR -REARM or SLMGR -REARM option and it solved this issue.
