Still got GWX folders in system 32 after removing all the KBs

    Still got GWX folders in system 32 after removing all the KBs


    I have removed all the KBs listed below in the how to remove win10
    But as the first picture shows I still have two GWX folders in my system32 folder.
    What have I missed.

    What's in the GWX folder? If it's empty, don't worry about it. One of those isn't a folder it's an entry in the event log. Again, nothing to worry about.

    So can I just delete it

    If it's empty then yes it's fine to delete.

Removing empty folders

Is there a real benefit in removing empty and unused folders? because i tried an application called Remove Empty Directories and removed a lot of empty folders (after a system image backup), but i don't see any real improvement.
