    Update icon disappeared


    As above.
    We have two windows 7 PC's in the house, and they have both lost their update icon.
    Anyone know which update has disappeared them?

    If you mean the update notification for new windows updates that appears in the system tray then a few people had that issue and nobody seems to know why. For me that icon reappeared today after the latest round of updtes were installed. It had been missing for a few months.

    You can pin WU GUI to start menu and check on or after each patch tuesday.
