    Hope you didnt just buy that code.
    The code is for a Volume licence and you need to go VIA the company/organisation IT dept that purchased it to validate it.
    As that comp was manufactured in Germany? during 2006 i suspect that the original OS was not even MS.

    Hi Roy, thanks you for your quick reply.

    The key I am using is my company VOL key. The Key is still working. I work at our IT department. I have seen the error message on couples of computers. I am in Canada.

    The code I posted got from a VirtualBox VM I use for testing.

    BTW, What does VIA stand for? Is it Microsoft VOL portal?

    Hi Perry,
    VIA = talk to your IT licencing people>
    Someone there purchased X number of licences from MS for use throughout the company.
    They will have all the info you need
    and you might have a read of this

    Just noticed that your running PRO.
    No can do has to be the Enterprise Version.
    Suspect thats why your getting it on te other comps as well
