Win 10 upgrade started the download then after a while it stopped and Windows Update opened up and there were 3 updates not installed, so I guess that was why. I am now going to try and install them manually from the Update Catalog.

    Windows 10 download fails

Time after time Windows 10 upgrade starts downloading then fails with a message to install updates. Trying to install updates also fails. I've tried hiding the updates but Windows 10 download still fails and tells me to install updates.

I connect WD MyPassport for backups, but had a previous WD external hard drive.

Boot order is CD/DVD. Hard Disk, USB

I have downloaded to USB Windows 10 Upgrade. Do you suggest I put off installation until errors are fixed or will the upgrade fix the errors?
