How do i get passed "Some Settings are managed by System"

Hey im having a problem with my personal pc every time i try to update widows i run into this [ATTACH][/ATTACH]



how can i fix this its messing with my graphics drivers and is makeing them crash when i try to play any video games

To manually change your settings for Windows Updates, you will have to delete the added subkey under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU and leave only the "default" subkey.

i followed all there steps and still the same error all it did was install a hotfix nothing else
