Windows Update not working correctly: error 800b0100

Hi, guys! So, I recently did a fresh installation of Windows 7 Home Basic since I had some issues with my HDD, and now I've been having a lot of troubles to update, giving me the code 800b0100.
SFC Scan didn't show any problems, so no error codes. Here are the CBS files, though: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0c1epjong36sasn/CBS.zip?dl=0

If there's anything I'm missing, please tell me!
Oh, and thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi VVDM,
Kb3031432 is the update causing the problem.
From an elevated command mode, copy & paste
    WUSA /uninstall /kb:3031432
(it may state not installed thats OK just clearing just in case)
please reset your WU to let me choose. REBOOT
now run the fixit from this link
Troubleshoot problems with installing updates - Windows Help

Run a check for updates and then hide KB3031432.
    This KB has known problems

Reset updates back to your normal settings

    Roy

I run CMD as an administrator and used that command, but a message stating it wasn't installed poped-up.
I rebooted the notebook, ran Fixit, and waited after it was done processing.
I hid KB3031432, and tried to install KB2676562, but failed, same error code.
EDIT: Tried to install KB3145739, failed, too, error code: 8024402C
