Which windows updates do I avoid on win 7 to avoid windows 10 adware?

Which of these updates do I need to avoid in order to not get the "upgrade to windows 10!!!!" adware installed again? I currently don't have it installed (I had to go through a lot to get it that way) and want to keep my computer adware free. SEE ATTACHED JPEG

    Anyone know?

    Thanks!

    Hello Zooga, :)

If you like, you could just use the tutorial below to disable the "Upgrade to Windows 10" update, and not have to worry about which updates to install or uninstall.

Hey Thrash, could you please enlighten me on KB3013531.
Description from M$ is: Update to support copying .mkv files to Windows Phone from a computer that is running Windows.

I always cross reference and compare to my list to add anything I have missed that is all.

Yeah, I don't see how that one is W10 or telemetry related.
