I have an issue with KB3136000 it shows it has been installed but and in the the part you can view your installed updated it says successful about 6 times but windows update still wants me to install it what do i doI have been at this for weeks

KB3136000 is an Update for Microsoft.NET Framework 4.6.1 as described in the MS website.

If it has been installed as you say in Installed Updates, you can check that it has in fact been installed by opening Control Panel & then Programs & Features & scroll down to Microsoft.NET Framework & it should show it as 4.6.1. & the date it was installed. On my computer that was on 27 Jan 2016 is 38.8 MB & is Version 4.6.01055, but shown as Microsoft.NET Framework 4.6.1
If your computer shows it installed in Programs & Features as above you can right click on that Update in the Updates to be installed & select Hide & that should stop it repeatedly trying to be reinstalled again.
