    Apparently that is an OEM key from a vendor such as dell. It has likely already been used on another computer and hence cannot be used on any other computer including a virtual machine.

    Thats a non genuine install.
    Its using an OEM Sticker code from a genuine comp.
    VMWare is not an OEM

    It will never activate properly unless an activation exploit is used as this comp has no slic table.
