Questions regarding the new Convenience Rollup for Win 7 SP1

Hi,
At the moment I didn't experience any problem because I didn't try it yet.
My PC is HP notebook with Win 7 pre-installed. In 2011 was updated to SP1, and then after few more updates was left for variety of reasons not updated for about 3 years. Now that I see MS has issued the Convenience Rollup I think maybe it's an opportunity to update it in one shot.
Questions:
1. Will it run on the laptop with pre-installed Windows 7 Home Premium?
2. Is it OK that some updates since SP1 were already installed?
3. Do I need a MS account to access 2 updates files they mention?
4. How long the installation will take? How to trace if it goes smoothly or got stuck? Will it be only one re-boot or more? How to get out of the loop if it got stuck?

To answer your questions:

1. Yes it will run
2. Yes it is okay. The update will install those needed.
3. I do not believe you need a Microsoft account but you must use Internet Explorer to download the files.
4. I cannot answer the last question. I have not used the update yet.

My answers (have confirmed):

1. Yes. Need to confirm 32 or 64 bit - download the appropriate file.
2. Yes, no problem. If the update does not run you need to install one other file first: Windows6.1-KB3020369-x86.msu for 32bit or Windows6.1-KB3020369-x64.msu for 64bit.
3. No.
4. Allow 30 minutes (+ or - 10 minutes).

I just posted in another thread but it looks like you've answered my questions as well. I have Win 7 Service pack 1, went through hell trying to get updates to work sometime back. I got some but never all before it would fail again. I also just did a clean install on another drive as I wanted to try upgrading to Win 10 on that drive but it was asking for the product key, or whatever it's called. I was told I need to have updates working to get Win 10 for free.

Regardless I want my updates so wanted to try the rolling updates. On the other post I saw this:

"EDIT: To be clear, did you install SP1 yet? If not what's written below is moot because SP1 is required to install the Rollup update along with KB3020369.

If you install the convienience rollup (I would in your position) first install KB3020369 (Servicing Stack update, prerequisite for rollup) and recommend installing KB2670838 (Platform Update, also a prerequisite for IE11) IE11, KB3138612 (Latest Update Client) KB3145739 & KB3153199 (Latest Kernel-Mode Drivers) BEFORE you install KB3125574."

Do any of these updates need to be done first?
